5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to international telecom operators and telecommunication platforms solely for the purpose of technical activation and ensuring the functionality of internet traffic (eSIM) on the user's device abroad or within the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1. The Website Administration is liable for losses, limited to the amount of actual damage incurred by the User in connection with the misuse of data, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7.2. Before filing a lawsuit in court for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to present a written claim (a proposal for a voluntary settlement).
